Family Snow

The Epic Pass, the greatest thing to happen in the ski industry since snowmaking was invented in the early 1950's. Think about it..... 12 world-class resorts, 35,000 combined skiable acres, and unlimited skiing and riding all on one pass. Any skier or rider daydreams about that selection of terrain let alone the price at which the pass is offered. Continue reading to learn why the Epic Pass is the go-to pass for anybody seeking to ski or ride this winter.

1) Savings
Epic Passes save money. Just 5 days on the mountain will pay off the Epic Pass in terms of lift tickets alone. Not to mention the other benefits that can save you a fortune. Did you know as a valid pass holder you'll save an additional 20% off already discounted lodging rates? That's not it all. After 2PM at any on-mountain dining location, flash your pass and receive 15% off food and soft drinks. Perfect for that afternoon bowl of soup or hot cocoa to keep you fueled for last chair.

2) Flexibility
If unlimited skiing at Park City, the largest resort in the U.S is not enough terrain. We understand our guest's needs and that not everyone is looking for an unlimited, unrestricted Epic Pass for the winter. With that in consideration, there are pass options that suit every skier. From the Epic 4-day, Epic 7-Day, youth epic passes and more! Find out which pass best suits you by consulting our Pass finder.

4) EpicMix
EpicMix is an innovative mobile and desktop application that tells guests how many vertical feet they've skied, the amount of lifts they rode, and other valuable stats that allow you to compete with your family and friends. EpicMix also displays pictures taken by on-mountain photographers where you can share them directly to your social networks.

5) Resort Charge
With Resort Charge, you can attach a credit card to your pass and use it to charge at designated Vail Resorts’ on-mountain restaurants and retail locations (not available at Arapahoe Basin Food and Beverage). If you choose to take advantage of Resort Charge, you will also have the option to sign-up for Direct-To-Lift access. Direct-To-Lift privileges enable you to bypass the ticket window and go direct to the lift at our resorts through an automatic charge to your credit card
