With the opening of the largest resort in the U.S and snowy start to the 15/16 season, make sure you have the proper tools in place to navigate your way across our expansive, 7,300 acres of terrain. The EpicMix App is Park City's free mobile/desktop application that allows guests to track their on-mountain accomplishments, vertical feet, photos, compete in challenges and more. Previously this app was only available on the Canyons side however for this year, EpicMix will be available across the ENTIRE resort, tracking your stats from Super Condor Express all the way to McConkey's Bowl and everything in between. Learn the in's and out's of this app to own the mountain this year.
1. On-Mountain Information- Curious how much it snowed last night? How about what trails will be groomed? Consider the EpicMix App your one stop shop for mountain and terrain information. Upon logging into the EpicMix app, simply select the Conditions icon to pull up weather information including the forecast, latest snow and more. Use the bottom tabs to navigate between Terrain, Lifts, Mtn Cams and Road Conditions. Upon selecting the Terrain tab, the user is able to pick a lift to see which trails off of specific lifts was groomed overnight.
2. EpicMix Photo- Only available on the Canyons side of the resort for the 15/16 season, EpicMix Photo has photographers located all over the Canyons Side of the Resort to capture your fun including the top of many of our lifts. The best part? Each photograph taken gets uploaded to your account/mobile device where you can share your photos on your social media or download them for the entire season for just $50.
3. Pins- EpicMix rewards skiers and boarders with digital pins, which are awarded for a wide range of challenges including vertical feet, charlift sequences, number of days on the hill, photos taken and much more. How many pins will you earn?
4.Challenges- Challenges aren't only for expert skiers and riders. There is a challenge for guests of all ages and ability levels. Guests can log into any one of the various EpicMix channels (app,mobile, desktop) and select challenges based on difficulty, type (vertical feet, lift rides, days on the mountain) and length (day, multi-day, season). Guests can join public challenges or invite friends and family. 
5. Mountain Stats- Certainly the most used function of the app, EpicMix has the ability to track your vertical feet, lifts ridden, days skied, pins earned and much more. This technology is capable through the RF chip in your Epic Pass (Only available until Nov. 22nd) or your Epic Day Lift Ticket.
