Starting opening day November 17th, we will be celebrating the #FIRST30 days of the winter season with special events and offers for locals and Epic Pass Holders. Kick off the 2017-2018 ski season here in Park City! We’ll have the lifts turning from 9am – 4pm, but we start off the day at 8am with complimentary donuts and hot chocolate, while supplies last, and the party gets rolling with DJ Velvet spinning tunes at the base of PayDay Lift.
Opening Day Apres Concert: Changing Lanes Experience
Cap off our season’s opening with an apres concert on the PayDay Deck of Legacy Lodge! The Changing Lanes Experience is a young group of talent and is educated in decades of musical genres, paired with their high energy and ability to keep classic songs in the ears of the young people, and the power to advance the old school lovers to new pop hits. This diversified group consists of uniquely talented studio-recording vocalists and a team of professionally hand-picked and effortlessly gifted musicians.
#FIRST30 Coffee at Jupiter Java
We’re celebrating our #FIRST30 Passholders on select days with a free small coffee at Jupiter Java in the Park City Mountain Village. The first 30 early bird season passholders get free coffee, so flash your pass on these days to redeem!
2nd Annual Holiday Tree Lighting
Park City’s best holiday events open for the season with Holiday Tree lightings in both the Park City Mountain Village and Canyons Village. Get ready because at 4:45 everything is getting lit, with live holiday carols and music performed by Paul Cave on the Canyons Village Stage.
DJ Velvet at the Umbrella Bar at Canyons Village
Finish up your day on the slopes with après style on the Umbrella Bar Deck and check out our resident DJ spinning today’s hottest tracks to accompany a cold Bud Light.
Saturday S'mores at Canyons Village
After a great day of skiing, we invite you to come and join us for S’mores on Saturdays. Join us at the fire pit on the Umbrella Bar deck in the Canyons Village, we will be offering all of the ingredients to make the perfect s’mores (while supplies last). This event is complimentary.

Avalanche Dog Meet & Greets
Get up close and personal with our ski patrollers’ best friends. Meet the patrol teams and get begged for a belly rub by the pups. Meet & greets are at the Ski Beach at Canyons Village on Fridays weekly at 4:30pm, and at the Park City Summit at 1:00pm on Saturdays.
