1st - seared herb polenta cake with wild mushroom veloute
pairing: sonoma cutrer chardonnay
2nd - roasted zucchini rolls with peppers, asparagus,
arugula and tomato coulis.

3rd - red chard with pomegranate vinaigrette, candied kumquats,
pomegranate seeds, shaved fennel and zucchini-kale fritter

4th - agave glazed smoked tempeh with celery root puree, pea puree,
baby carrots, baby turnips, pearl onion

5th - strawberry sorbet with citrus gastrique and fizzy fruit and shortbread tuile
